What to do after 30 Days
We believe in everything we sell and we want you to be happy with them so if any of our products cause a problem or fail then please contact us. We can then discuss the options - most items come with a guarantee, or warranty - and we may be able to either offer to exchange them, or give you your money back, depending on the problem.
How to return
When returning an item, please make sure you include your full name and contact details, the order number and a copy of the invoice. Can you also explain why you are returning the product so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
If the item is faulty we will reimburse you for second class post in addition to replacing the product or refunding your money. For other agreed returns we will refund the full cost of the order minus delivery costs. Please ensure you retain a proof of posting for all returns, which you can get from the Post Office.
