Normal Delivery
Your order will be delivered by either Royal Mail 2nd class post, standard parcel or courier. Royal Mail delivery is Monday to Saturday, Courier deliveries are Monday to Friday and may require a signature when you receive your parcel.
Normal delivery should take between 3 to 5 working days.
Quicker Delivery
If you want to receive your order sooner we can despatch it by 1st class post but please ensure you select this at checkout.
Quicker delivery should take 2 working days from the day of despatch
If we envisage any problems getting your delivery to you in the specified time we will let you know as soon as possible.
Eire & Europe / USA & Canada
We now provide shipping to Eire and Europe at a fixed charge of £14.50 per parcel and to USA & Canada at a fixed charge of £25 per parcel
USA Delivery Costs
Re-delivery
If your delivery requires a signature and you are out, most couriers will attempt re-delivery or allow you to collect from their local depot. If your order has to been returned to us a re-delivery charge of £4.95 will be incurred.
Packaging
We endeavour to use recycled packaging all the time, which includes boxes, tape, packing & paper.
CO2 Emissions
We have considered the impact of delivery to you and as a result we use the Royal Mail as our prime carrier because they are actively working towards reducing their carbon footprint. We have also considered the journeys of all our products and currently they make one less trip from source to your home when compared to an item purchased in a supermarket or the high street.
