From the recycled materials to the greener sources of electricity to the eventual disposal and recycling - everything has been considered to ensure a light environmental footprint - it can even be washed at 30C.
Face fabric - 95% cotton recycled from the clothing industry with dirt trapping microfibres
Base fabric - manufactured from recycled drink bottles and bottle tops
Reverse - recycled rubber backings produced from disguarded waste tyres
Manufactured - in the UK at a factory approved by the Carbon Trust and using green electricity
Delivery - despatched direct from the manufacturer, keeping carbon mileage to a minimum, delivery can take up to 7 working days
Hug Rug door mats trap up to 95% of dust, dirt and wet mud with the recycled cotton fibres soaking up moisture reducing slip hazards from wet floors - they can absorb over 10 times their own weight in water!.
They are available in Eco-Genic backing which is a heavy weight, non-slip waffle backing made from recycled car tyre powder.
