Zzz! Can’t sleep?…take your mind off the world and your worries. These herbal bath bags contain organic lavender and orange blossom, both used extensively in the treatment of insomnia, calming lemon balm and oats with demulcents good for softening the skin.
Ingredients:- Oatmeal, Lavender, Lemon balm, Chalomile, Orange Blossom, all are certified organic herbs
Directions for use:- Steep the bath bag in hot running bath water and relax in the bath (If a stronger infusion is preferred, put bag in a teapot, add boiled water, let stand for 5 minutes and add all to bath water.) For external use only.
